Can't be assed to read 28 pages and this may be in one of them but wouldn't it be easier to just start them off with a lump sum of money so they can get to like 5kcs from the off?

Or just start them out with a few dorms open and filled?

Or you could just make the tutorial better so that it opens more dorms and fills them more than what the current tutorial does now?
