    Because lowering the cost of HypnoCats instead of putting out a new party would just mean everyone is doing Cat Cafe again.
    This change is meant to give people more variety in choice, along with changing up where Cats and Bikinis drop as well.

  4. Oh come on guys.. u told ata pizza pop is hard to finish? And ata adjusted the difficulty level. Now see, party finishes in a blink now!  there goes my 35 ec.. i would have wanted to milk it more..  

    The achievements for party completion on the new parties is now out, and is retroactive.
    If you completed the new parties you'll now have the achievement level for it.
