  3. That's correct. They exist so that we are able to give players Cash safely.

    Let's pretend we want to give -TuS_Agent-VOODOO-DOLL 15 million dollars because their cat ran away and we feel bad for them. We would give -TuS_Agent-VOODOO-DOLL 20 Phony Money. -TuS_Agent-VOODOO-DOLL would then go to the Store and sell their 20 Phony Money. As each one is worth 1,000,000 cash and you only receive 75% of an item's value when you sell it, -TuS_Agent-VOODOO-DOLL would receive 15,000,000 cash. Make the sense?

    It only makes sense for me if the Phoney Money would be given to you either by the system or another player.

    And since I'm hearing it isn't giftable... I'm guessing pimd would hold an event to get Phoney Money as a reward...?
