I had a word with a mod about 2 weeks about this, he/she told me that their are new awards coming out, how many, he/she didn't know. Why android users could see the honour student award he/she also didn't know. It's not yet obtainable. My guess is it will be similar to the KaW version, it's an award handed out by support, players and mods can recommend players who deserve it, then support will overview that player and decide if they will get it or not.
