You can't "just declare" anymore. My club tried that ages ago but 1)Always get rejected or 2)Close rival clubs are all locked up in parties.

That was one of the main reasons I quit(many months ago) and my club fell apart because I did so. We were an ol school all out "let's war and eff parties" type club.

Let's face it, club vs. club wars are now a thing of the past.
