Canada is a bilingual country... Although 99.999% of the English speaking part don't speak French, but pretty much everyone in the French speaking part speaks English...

 

But still there has to be
French or a BiLingual school if there is a standing French population with enough people to open it

We have a Bilingual school
English/French

Kindergarten - Six ( One school )
Seven - Twelve

And there are maybe 20-25 kids in the 7-12 In each grade
