  1. Well Hopefully everyone was able to pass along some form of kindness either big or small. Kindness shouldn’t happen for anything expected in return or just be highly encouraged one day of the year. It should be an everyday thing. Yesterday my acts of kindness Included having flowers and a card sent anonymously to my mother. I was also able to take some time and visit my local child mentorship and developmental program for children with mild to extreme medical conditions and disabilities to pass out stickers and read a book for story time. I was also able to stop at my local home for veterans and participate in cookie decorating with the lovely seniors. ?
Kindness is a gift worth giving and has no set value or limit on how much you can give. So try to make everyday a kind day by paying it forward in anyway you can.

  2. Tbh I try my best to show kindness to people whenever I go anywhere, whether it be buying a stranger a coffee (granted I'm surviving off of $20 until Friday so not really this week lmao) or giving a compliment and a smile. But one of my favourite memories with kindness is when I was driving around trying to find an open walk in clinic (literally had to go to 5 different places) and at the 4th location it was permanently closed, had a couple who were camped out with a few blankets and sweaters and a shopping cart. It was a pretty cold winter so I went back to my car and found a couple coats and blankets I always keep in the trunk and bought a pizza and brought them everything and istg I nearly cried from their reaction and honestly my day was so made after that experience and it's basically where I came to one of my hard beliefs that you should be kind always because I've found the most joy in bringing happiness to others whenever possible. <3
