It should should up in your cell phone on the home screen. If it doesn't, try basic troubleshooting methods such as restarting the app. If none of the methods work, send a help ticket.

They will be gone from the store yes but not from your tasks until the end date on the tasks in your phone. So if you need to restart, you're running out of time

So, I was finally able to buy the story pass I'd been wanting for a while (the last avatar is gorgeous). But now I'm afraid I won't be able to finish it, due to the time left and the drop rate of the puppies/gems. Anyone has tips to get to the end? It would be much appreciated.
