My tutor policy

  1. I mean in the case of if you were going to tutor trade. I have probably 3 active tutors right now 

  2.  ohhh really? I am going to start hiring actives.... I'll become a buyer rather than a seller

  3. Let me clarify "doing your job for you". It is the responsibility of the pupil to keep their tuts at or above market value(if they want to keep the tut). If they fail to do this traders will price the tut for them.

  4. Thats just rude .-. " Here, I will do what your job is for you, even though you are probably working on it, but we do not care, we just want credit"

  5. Ok. I don't believe there is such a thing as op, but if I did, then it would be the tutor's job to inform their pupil BEFORE upgrading that they were going to upgrade so that the pupil can do their job of getting the price bumped up BEFORE the tutor upgrades by whoever they wish.

If either side fails to do their job in the pupil/tutor relationship, the tutor is free game for anyone to hire. You say it's rude not to ask before hiring, I'd say it's rude to expect anyone else to pick up your slack (and get even a little bit angry when they don't), whether you be the pupil or the tutor.

  6. Most posts here made very good points for either case. Tut traders like myself are never going to see eye to eye with people who destain the 'free market'. I've stopped trying to argue my case but props to terror and cj on some great posts.

I just want to point out, I've made crazy amounts of money trading tuts. If you care about ranking and tb, you should be trading

I also advocate buying from Mag he told me he will farm me if I hire one more tut from him

  7. Asking for tuts is a fairly new policy here. It started with vip clubs vs terror farming war. So many clubs were involved and so many players with money were involved. At first those tuts were off limits but people got tired of not being able to buy tuts after months of war they started asking for tuts. Just as a courtesy because players were being farmed. It's unfortunate that it's evolved to so many wanted to be asked.

  8. If there is no such thing as overpriced then there is no such thing as underpriced

  9. Good point 

  10.  What point is a good point?

But yeah, I admit a lot of you have good points.

  11. That if there's no such thing as a overpriced tutor then there's no such thing as a underpriced tutor...

In my humble opinion the only person that should be asked about hiring is the tutor itself... If a tutor doesn't want to be hired that should be respected... as for the pupil, if you do not want your tutors to be hired, make sure they want to stay with you... There's so many "please hire me" on world chat that it's normal for people to hire other peoples tutors... Whats the use of a pupil having on his status "don't hire my tutors" and the tutors are asking to be hired????

Like it or not it's a free market... Everyone can get hired... It is clear that if you see a extremely overpriced tutor and you hire it anyway you are looking for trouble... The same way that if you see an extremely underpriced tutor, it's because you don't really care to keep it.

With that said, this is a "war" game, and strategies are part of it. Some people chose to play the game by farming actives, others by farming unactives, others by trading tutors, and others by just being around... Every way is a legit way, and no one should impose their way of playing...

And to conclude my thought I'd just like to say once again, only the tutor should be asked if they want to be hired... If the pupil doesn't want the tutor to be hired, just make sure that your tutor won't want to leave you, and that no one would want your tutor...

  12.  I agree with you 100%

  13. I do not see this game as a war game, since I do not war.

  14. That's is why I put war inside comas... It's a role playing game with the option to war... There's many other ways to play the game other than waring... In my other account I did many many wars... On this one I only did 2... To be very honest the only thing I like about wars is CC... It's always a blast 

Every strategy used to play this game is a legit one... Even if I don't like a few... I know it's others people's right to play it that way... But when I see people saying that they will farm whom ever hires their tutors makes me wish I actually had the money to hire them  if you wanna play thug do it in real life... Not behind a fancy Idevice... It just makes you look ridiculous...

  15. When people have, " Do not hire my tutors", it is tempting me to hire.

One reason I do not post it

  16. I don't really care in my case, unless you're a friend lol

  17. It's just like a banner saying: please hire my tutors 

  18. A tutor trader with a "tutors not for sale" status is like a butcher with a "meat not for sale" sign...

  19. Most tutor trader's I've seen hasthe status, " Stop crying and hire back"  or something like that or with same meaning
