Can someone point out to me in the TOU where announcing someone as a farm is against the TOU?

And I didn't do that btw and I couldn't hit quagz either.

I clarified with support and that was an LDV rule not an approved pimd rule. He had a lot of those.

 

But also I have not publicly asked anyone to farm quagz. I mentioned that he was being farmed.
