  4. Name: Sikayu Namuro

    Bio: Born and raised in Brooklyn (nyc) she grew up already trying to control her powers since puberty. After thw inatitution materialized she was sought out and revealed to them what she can do. She doesn't tell her parents that they're to blame however. She wasn't happy in moving but she wasn't happy in hiding either.

    Age: 19

    Has a cotton candy pink and deep blue streak in her hair.

    Personality: Cold and could get hot headed. Sassy and sarcastic, could be blunt at times.

    Powers: Flames (Fireballs, spark lights, anything with fire basically) and Flight.

    Weakness: A water/earth based attack (especially in Fire Red mode) as well as earth and electric based attacks (while flying)

    She however can stay in a pool for a while, but during and after she can't really do much except transfer her body heat into the water if she wanted to.

    He sits in the back wearing his pale blue shirt with white polka dots, black trousers, a green bow tie, plain black shoes, and one of his trade mark horror masks which he makes himself. He intently sits between two men (whom have been asked to keep a close eye on him) peeling a potato. "Would you like some?" He asks the two men, chuckling coyly to himself.
