I read your whole story and I conclude that you hate android? According to this thread, Android ruined the game. Good investigation.
I don't really hate android. I myself have an android alt. I even have met some great people from android port. But I remember that the RP community grew fast when Android was supported by ATA.
So true hunni x....except im android and i totes dont ask for rp and all that mumbo jumbo....but the rest....spot on
Android bias statement ruined this thread for me didn't read past that but everything til then was great I didn't continue to read anything after tho
I dont agree with the Android statement either. Its like saying iDevices brought RP'ers first. With every platform you'll get a little of both.
I never said Android brought roleplayers. I didn't express myself well on that part. Yes, roleplayers existed when Pimd was available on Ios, it was also silenceable. Anyways, when Android joined the party, I strongly believe that the rp community grew very quickly. Like I said, I didn't express myself well and I apologie if I offended any Android users.
Great thread kaname. If the devs are bold enough to forum ban you over this, there will be a great number of us who were witness to the fact that you said nothing wrong, all to whom they will need to answer.
The apes wont reply to u guys lah...they r busy counting money from d profit they made from u guys purchasing ec. They hv better things to do atm like planning holidays for their staff.
I think what a lot of people (the devs especially) forget is that pimd wouldn't even have existed long enough for them to get to this point, where they can "afford" (for the moment anyway) to focus solely on making profit rather than keeping their fan base happy. It was these dedicated old players, who loved to war, and participated in every aspect of the game before cat parties and excessive promos existed, before the relationship button created a mess of illogical stat advantages, and before the title BC was handed to players on a silver spoon, that invested their money into this game and into his company and allowed it to flourish. People (again, the devs especially) ought to be a little more cognizant of this fact, and respect their opinions a lot more than currently in effect. Because if it weren't for them, it is likely that the rest of us wouldn't even be around to have this conversation.
^ nah fuck that shit. Respect is earned not given because someone is bigger stats or cos they played longer or warred. Blah
Well said mandybear. Unfortunately, ata has shown us in the last year that they believe the older way of playing is the minority and they dont care about player opinion, or happiness, when it comes to the bottom line.
