I feel bad for the artists tbh. They probably feel rushed to do all these hunts which results in poorer quality of the avatars and everything. The only good ones as of late have been some of the Chinese zodiac and some of the valentine ones. But that’s it. Other than that, the art of these past hunts feel so rushed. Have you seen the circus hunt avatars???

Players organised those wars. Usually it's the battle of sexes wars. I'm not sure if players these days like those wars though.
Idk about 2015 since I only joined in December 2016. I have to agree that 2017 were fun times though. Less drama, player-organized wars etc. 2018 had quite a bunch of bomb leaderboards IMO (I spent the most in 2018 cuz t100. 😂😂) Come late 2019 onwards though, the game became quite meh to me. I stuck around mainly for the friends lol.

Tbh I think ATA and many other games outsource marketing to the same weird company because I swear I see "pregnancy" or "caught someone cheating" ads for so many games that just don't have those elements at all... I guess it's supposed to grab your attention ?? But it's obviously misleading and probably attracting some unsavory folks 😅
I was thinking this too. Obviously it works at attracting attention but I'm pretty sure majority of people uninstall shortly after downloading the app advertised because it wasn't anything like they wanted. I know I have for other apps that advertise similarly.
Also, the demographics is attracts are usually not the demographics the actual game(s) is geared towards. For example, the create your own baby example probably gets in female pre-teens, while this app is 17+.

Yes, I realised this after contacting ATA (not sure why I would have bothered contacting them if I was doing it "to work for me) , and I couldn't find a way to delete my comments. Usually I probably would have apologised, but the fact that you A) replied out of ALL the comments, reasonable, well written, with very good points B) Revealing PERSONAL information which regardless even if I WAS doing this to make you look bad (which I am not, as I could happily carry on pretending "ohhh you just unsilenced me and lied" - instead yep, I made a mistake, you "caught" me) you have no right to do, to what... Humiliate? Make untrustworthy? A player who does not agree with you? I really hope you realise how this makes you look in the eyes of a lot of people...
But yes, please, carry on trying to villify me for a mistake. The rest of the beautiful people in this movement will keep it going even if you do manage to discredit me, I believe that 100% <3

Not saying I don't believe you because things can get misinterpreted in the heat of the moment, but I'm curious as to how you had incorrectly thought you were silenced? Like what happened that gave you the idea you were silenced?
Wow, for a second it almost felt like this thread isn't completely full of posts about matters that are way more important than a single player's silence. Nice try to deflect.
So before I'd posted about it, a member of my group asked why I was silenced +when it ended. I got confused, went to look at my status, and saw the generic "your account has been... Etc". I postet on here explaining etc, then I thought it was weird I hadn't got a message, so I tried sending a gift. They sent, hence my second post on here saying it was weird I could post etc etc... I sent an ATA message, which got replied to just a little while before marcelines comment. Before that I had already tried to delete my realisedmessages,I and was planning on correcting this. I had just had a CFS meeting so was not (and am still not) in the right mindset to write that kind of thing, so was going to sleep before I did.~ I do apologise if this is scrambled, as I still haven't slept lol. I'm assuming from what happened, that your status just stays as that until you change it. I never change my status or pay any attention to it so hadn't noticed (call me dumb, THAT I'll admit to) before this moment, that it had stayed that original message since an month ago. If I'd have noticed, I would have changed it. It would be a weird thing to pre- plan lol. A misunderstanding, and 100%, say I acted too quickly or posted about being silenced without properly finding out how/why/if, yes. But accusing me of USING it against them I find really offensive. I'm sorry for the essay, I just wanted to clear up exactly what happened in my own words
ATA may have felt the silence was more important since @Aphire had said they were going to contact the Better Business Bureau about it. Not saying it is right for ATA to ignore the rest of the criticism, because I definitely think the community wants and would benefit from further addressment. But I can see why that alleged silence in particular would stick out for them.
Yes I also agree she may have felt it mattered more as I was going to contact BBB. However I am looking into the 8th rule ATM, as I feel Marceline broke this. I also said I would go "IF" I didn't get a reasonable response from ATA (in the private ticket I sent). I got the response which said I hadn't in my ticket, then she replied trying to shame me before giving me a chance to explain what happened here. This is not an argument towards you as you at all, just trying to express how I don't feel what she did was right. I've loved how you've handled the whole thread/situation with so much maturity and demureity (idk if that's the right word but it fits right lmao) and I do wish I could be less quick to bite also lmao
Back to the relevant topic at hand: we're still reading the feedback and comments posted over here! There are a lot of points being brought up and I know it's not exciting at all but our response remains the same: Every change or adjustment that occurs – whether or not it makes a lick of sense from an outside perspective, "outside" here meaning not being internally a part of ATA/PIMD development – is done so for good reason backed by data. We trust the data and make assumptions and create experiments based off of that. Now, if the change/adjustment/whatever else does well as defined by qualified metrics, we keep on heckin' doing it. If it doesn't and is clearly unsustainable – as some of you are trying to say – by the same barometer, we re-adjust and forge a different way forward. That is as much of a response I can garner to address these concerns. We see you, we hear you, we'll make changes if it makes sense (based on our data) to make those changes.
