Oh, I try not to get involved in drama anymore which I think plays a big part of that. I got into a lot of (mostly political) arguments before and I've been practicing self control Plus I made amends with a lot of people I had had beef with. When a drama thread comes around nowadays I just read it and don't say anything or read it and post an emoji or gif.

I was essentially the poster child for forum drama for a good while
