That’s what I’ve been trying to say. Many authentic Asian meals don’t require MSG because they normally don’t use majorly processed things. The only MSG part of any Asian meal I have would be in sauce (though if you use meat, it can have it depending on if it’s processed) I wouldn’t worry about cornstarch itself, the only MSG you’d be getting would be from the sauce (depending on what it is ofc)
Haha, I love how you like to constantly say I’m wrong, but won’t even take the time to pick out what’s incorrect. If I’m so incorrect and spreading “fiction”, you should correct me with the facts you may have so I can proceed to spread what’s correct! Saying that sodium is bad to consume regularly or in abundance? Not wrong. Saying that MSG, an unnatural sodium based free glutamate, is bad when regularly or frequently consumed? Not wrong. Please, pick out what I’m saying and correct me. If you give me recent studies or fact I can check that proves me wrong, I’ll apologize for spreading this “fiction”, and correct what I say the next time I may debate on this topic.
I've already explained why you are wrong. I don't feel the need to repeat myself over and over again. No matter how many times you want to repeat your lies, they'll still be untrue. For example, if you don't consume sodium regularly you would die. It's a required nutrient for many body functions. I've also already explained to you how msg is produced. Just because it's a "chemical" doesn't mean it's unhealthy. Everything is a chemical. Water is a chemical. And you're still an idiot.
Humans need sodium, never said they didn’t, but the average American consumes up to 3400mg a majority of that coming from processed foods with added (unnecessary) MSG, lol! What is recommended by major associations such as USDA, AHA, and others say it’s best to stay at 1500, and at the maximum 2300, that means much of the population is consuming at or over 1000mg of extra sodium that becomes harmful. There’s even a general agreement among these associations that getting below the 1500mg would still be completely healthy, if not the healthiest choice! I also never said due to it being a chemical it’s bad. I said because it’s an altered chemical that is now free glutamate instead of bound glutamate is what makes it bad, you can look that up, it’s not that hard. A bound and completely natural chemical within foods that you can’t get rid of is okay, even a small amount of free glutamate that can show up in a few items can be okay, but MSG? Not so much. You still haven’t proved me wrong. I’ve given a link that leads to a website from an accredited author and degree holder in medicine. I’ve stated multiple things that many websites, and now US association websites, can easily explain again and give you even more sources, but go off sis!
Haha! I say regularly because what that means to most Americans is regularly equals 3400 or more mg. Hence why a regular consumption of sodium for the average American is too much. What SHOULD be regularly is 1500 (or less) to 2300mg, but nice trying to twist my words. ??♀️
Absolutely And @warmth I didn't twist anything, I highlighted your exact words. Your brain is broken. Please get help.
I already stated that regularly for the average American is 3400, not what is the recommended regularly amount. I made that rather clear and even bolded things for you to understand ??
ps, it amuses me that you pick at a single word I used instead of actually talking about MSG and how it’s obviously not good when looking at how much is actually consumed
It amuses me when people that post about their mental illnesses a lot expect people to accept their wacko ideas and opinions
Still ignoring the actual argument ??♀️ my own issues have nothing to do with my own logical thinking. I’ve stated what mental illnesses I’ve had before, none of them interfere with my research. This isn’t an opinionated argument, so that has nothing to do with it. Stop trying to pick at personal or irrelevant things and maybe try arguing about the topic maybe?
