When I used to work out at home, I used to make up exercises for myself and not knowing what a "suicide" was, they were my favorite to do because it hit alot of core muscles in a small amount of time. Suicides honestly were what kept me thin back then.
Your abdominal muscles get worked out with all full-body exercises...you don't need to do ab-specific exercises unless you wanna injure yourself
There's no push ups, you run to the first point & touch the line then back to the beginning. Then to the second point, then back to the beginning etc etc
Ah. Well, my brother's hockey team did suicides w pushups. Idk if they just made it more intense for them to get them in shape
You know what's really fun? Watching your kids run suicides for their sports teams. Little kids exercising is adorable and hilarious at the same time.
