  1. When I used to work out at home, I used to make up exercises for myself and not knowing what a "suicide" was, they were my favorite to do because it hit alot of core muscles in a small amount of time. Suicides honestly were what kept me thin back then.

  2. Suicides kept my asthma going.

  3. Another excuse. It just comes naturally for some

  4. It’s not an excuse if I can’t breathe while doing it

  5. There's no point in arguing with him :?

  6. Yea don’t argue with me about excuses. My mind is wired to see past all that excuse bs

  7. You don't sound like you understand what an "excuse" means :?

  8. "I don't like excuses because *makes an excuse*"

  9. asthma is for LOSERS
said no one with asthma, coincidentally

  10. Asthma is for LOSERS

  11. Have fun wrecking your back and having issues standing straight for decades

  12. Um no. It's not a squat thrust. Totally different things, I literally explained what it was

  13. I don't see the difference between that and what I said

  14. Your abdominal muscles get worked out with all full-body exercises...you don't need to do ab-specific exercises unless you wanna injure yourself

  15. There's no push ups, you run to the first point & touch the line then back to the beginning. Then to the second point, then back to the beginning etc etc

  16. Ah. Well, my brother's hockey team did suicides w pushups. Idk if they just made it more intense for them to get them in shape

  17. You know what's really fun? Watching your kids run suicides for their sports teams. Little kids exercising is adorable and hilarious at the same time.

  18. One of my brothers is 6. As adorable as it is, I'm always worried he's gonna fall and cry

  19. I’ve been doing 500 reps for ages. I stretch and am flexible. I’m good fool

  20. Lmao sure
