"You know what forget it, you're busy. I shouldn't even be here anyway"

-I shrug and walk away-

 

-I look at her hurt. I run up behind her gently taking her hand-

"Melody please...."

 

"This happens every time we go out! I've hand enough Sal!"

-Tears brim my eyes-

 

(had*. Brimming*)

 

-I look down saddened knowing its true-

"I-I'm sorry....I can't do everything. I do my best and yet it's not enough..."

 

"I know you do but I deserve my time. If you're still busy, go ahead. I'm going home"

-I get on the bus and it drives away-

 

-I touch my boots and speed after the bus. I slip into one of its open windows and sit beside Melody-

"I'm sorry Melody.... I'll do better...You deserve better. Please forgive me."

 

-I ignore him and get down the bus-

"I'm sorry...I'll think about it"

-I get in my house and slam the door-

 

-Before the door slams I manage to get the words "I love you." out-

 

-I didn't hear it. I lay down on my bed and sob-

 

-I sigh sitting down on the steps. Tears roll down my cheeks-

"Good job Sal....You just hurt the one girl who understand what you go through..."

 

(what do you go through? O_O)

 

-I fall asleep crying-

 

(lol ever heard the expression married to you're job? Lol yup that's my character)

 

-I stay up through the night remaining on the step-

 

(jeez guy this has become the plot-line of like, every romance)

 

(That's why I break up so I can be solo here )
