By using an Amazon related device. Heard back from ATA. Amazon related devices do not show avatars. That's how you lose them...

Well, if you originally read the post, if she was able to log in and out a few times then clearly her account is linked. Right? Secondly, what you said you would do, is exactly what she did. The only difference was posting on forums. No harm in trying to find other people who had the same issue as her. So you getting all rattled is irrelevant when you're going off on things OP has already mentioned in her first post, which, judging by your very first response, you didn't quite understand.
Yeah but there's a difference between throwing a tantrum/being a crybaby and asking people for help on whether they have experienced this issue. If she was just asking for help fair. But op went on saying how ata has disappointed her, if ata doesn't help her resolve this problem she's going to email support every day until they do. If you go around talking that way, you don't think are gonna make troll comments and laugh about at her ?
It looks to me she was just asking for help. By OP's post, ATA didn't look to help in her exact situation so she sought it in forums to see if anyone else had the same issues.
^^ well ata did help her and found the answer to why she lost Avis. So cased close. Which again ata would have done anyway when she emails support. There's no need to throw a tantrum saying how she will harass them everyday with emails until her issue is resolved.
You're right, I'm glad they solved it for her. My point is, is that there's no need to get rattled (your first post) when everything you commented on, is what was in her original post. Have a wonderful day or night. PS- You can't correct anyone on error when you yourself have syntax error.
