She had this imagine of being a disney princess which is all well and good when she's a teenager but soon as she's in her 20's or however old she is she wanted to seem more cool. She's gone so far the other way to try and lose that good girl image.

What she did at the VMA's wasn't shocking, people do that all the time, people are always competing with each other in music to stand out. 'Twerking' had been done for decades, just watch any sort of caribbean music. I dislike her music, I'm not a fan of most pop as I think it lacks heart (just my opinion) but I don't hate her. She's just trying to shock and awe to earn money and it's working.

I like Miley Cyrus her music is good I just think that since she was on Disney channel ppl have casted her in this light of oh hey this Is the way she's supposed to be but now she's older and you have to set the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus that played on Disney channel from the person she is now and I don't think nothing's wrong with her she's doing what normal ppl do having fun

 

I'm not protecting her, I'm just explaining why she's this way. ? She's Miley, she does her thing.

 

Just because she's a celebrity doesn't mean she doesn't get to make mistakes like all of us do

I have no idea what Miley's doing now. Couldn't stand her when she was on Disney, so I doubt I'd care for her now. She's just so neuro-typical.

At first was pretty damn shocking, then after a bit just funny. I don't like her music but I'm not going to hate on her. Her actions don't affect my life. She can do whatever the hell she wants. Nowadays it's all about trying to make a living. we all are anyways. And just a side note, if your kid is idolizing Miley and you hate it, better check on your parenting skills.
