Medieval Role-Play!

  1. -I return the kiss and I follow him,staying close as possible-
     
  2. "Keep an eye out there are..."

    -Before I finish my sentence a mountain lion leaps from a cliff knocking my bow from my hand and pushing me into the ground. Some of my arrows fall out of the quiver. I desperately try to keep the lion from my throat-
     
  3. -I scream and fight the lion with my sword. I successfully distracted it and run away with it chasing me behind-
     
  4. -I scramble up searching for my bow. I fumble with nocking the arrow due to my numb fingers. I get it and draw back aiming on instinct. I release the arrow and it strikes the mountain lion behind the left shoulder with a resounding smack! It fall to the ground dead as its heart is penetrated. I lower my bow shock on my face.-
     
  5. - I gasp and the fall to the ground-
     
  6. -I walk over to her dropping to my knees beside her. I wrap my arms around her-

    "You saved my life."
     
  7. -I wrap my arms around him-

    "I always do"
     
  8. -I smile-

    "Yes you do. I owe my life to you."
     
  9. " and I owe you mine"

    -I smile and peck his lips-
     
  10. -I smile standing up. I help her to her feet and look in the distance. I see a faint light glowing-

    "Were almost there!"
     
  11. -Shade sits and growls at the top o the mountain. She aims her hand down the mountain shooting targets-
     
  12. -I nod and trudge up the mountain-
     
  13. -I lead her to the light. We come to a cave entrance with lighted torches out front.-

    "This is it."
     
  14. -I look around-

    "A bit warmer than I expected"
     
  15. -I smile stepping inside. My boots echo through the cave as I do-

    "Magic..."
     
  16. "I see...it can sense our presence"

    -I look at the engraving on the wall-
     
  17. -As I step into the light my wounds are shown clearly. A deep gash is but through my breeches into my leg. My hands are cut and frozen. Several spots are frostbitten. I gently touch the wall inspecting the ingravings-
