It's supposed to be 3x a day... But I only drink it 2x a day....... I eat apples and pears and stuff in between.. Haha
People don't need to just eat fruits and veggies. You don't have to give up snacks. The biggest problem with people these days is they can't get off their lazy ass. Get up and exercise. Sure eating healthier will shed weight, but that can only go so far without exercising. I'd bribe the fatties with twinkles but hostes is gone so no more twinkles for the fatties.
Oh I exercise. I haven't done any for like 6 months tho because we moved and stuff. I run but eat a lot so I need this. Plus, like I said, healthy eating is healthy for your insides. Dont be quick to judge
Either eat good food and b far, or nasty food and be healthy? Hmmm.... Either way you suffer so might as well enjoy the taste of a delicious pizza
