If anything for working out that I know of from my own experiences for gaining weight. Basically eat a lot until you are actually full. If you're not full eat more because those carbs will help you gain size and get bigger. I recommend eating healthy foods. You know get your greens in have your grains and your meats also dairy and keep your sodium level low.. Avoid chips. Some people that I know just eat whatever and that's also fine it will just affect your stomach as in you will get a tummy. So basically just eat more until you are full and if you are not eat more. Also make sure to consistently drink water while working out its good for you. Your muscles and your body.
