Liliya bites her lip gently, looking away, her cheeks red. "You understood why i was angry didn't you?" Anya whispers.
"Of course I did Anya..." He says smiling. Vinnie was stood outside the hospital door after he had climbed out the window to get fresh air.
Anya nods, tracing a pattern on his chest with a finger lightly. Liliya looks back at Marx "why? I'm used to staying up after nightmares, strangely it's the times I've managed to do my best work," she mutters.
Liliya kissed him on the lips softly, but briefly "what do you think?" She whispers, watching his eyes.
Vinnie opened his rucksack he was carrying and brought out his steering wheel. "You may need this." Leon looks into Anyas eyes. "He hated himself for having to do it but he needed to know how good your memory and mental skills are."
Anya frowned slightly "yeah saying things about my family isn't the best way to do that as I had a dozen ways he could of done it without saying about my family."
"He wanted to see if he could break you apart.... That's why he had to be harsh. He wants you to be strong like you use to be"
Anya narrows her eyes slightly "I never stopped being strong. Plus I knew hitting out at him at that point wouldn't work because I completed my analysis of him quite quickly. I just needed to confirm it. Besides, the best way to get to someone is making them think they won before knocking them off the stupidly high pedestal that they put themselves on." Liliya shrugs slightly "yeah, but it was the only way I thought of to make you stay."
