Specifically says if you're going to bash a player/club to make a thread specifically about them......
"Forums have blah blah rules"......"If you want to bash a club or a person, create a thread for it"...... ?
The TOU is kinda like the Federal Law compared to the behavior which is State Law. It has some power, but not the power to over rule the TOU.
Look at 'part a' in 'content you may not post' It mentions posting things that are hateful. i.e. A hate thread.
No one's been silenced for making them. Just like the "if OP asks you to leave due to profanity blah blah etc" rule thing has been modified by the Devs. You have to leave if OP asks even if you did nothing. So maybe dev's changed that part of the rules when it comes to hate threads. No mods have ever came into a hate thread saying "Making a hate thread is against TOU you will be silenced" that I've seen. They always encourage to make a seperate hate thread when a regular thread turns into a hate thread.. And they dont get silenced if they do make the thread.
People get away with murder daily. Doesn't mean it's right. Mods silence at random nowadays, the TOU is less than guidelines for them. Like I was silenced for "bypassing on forums" today. I said shitty, a word that is not blocked...
Ok, mods have commented on hate threads also. And dont silence anyone. So it's obviously ok. Never seen a mod silence on a hate thread like this unless it gets out of cotntrol.
You just said that. No one follows the TOU, is my point. It's all about how the mods want to interpret that day. Cya
Actually many people follow the ToU. Hate threads are obviously not against ToU if they are permitted. Unless they turn into threat threads. That's different.
