I think there should be an I'm sorry gift, one that you can send when you offend some1 and you want 2 apologize, it can be a card, a bouquet of flower or something like that

It will be nice to have a'thank you cake' gift so that receivers of 'welcome mat'and 'Great job balloons' gifts will send back as a form of appreciation
