LOL I'm sorry, but even turtlenecks are killing me right now. 

Lol um I didn't get it til someone said windbreaker (im guessing this is what Americans call jackets/waterproof jackets?) I thought it was about the faces since they're all kinda the same... like the saying when pulling a funny face 'if the wind changes your face will stay that way' so I thought wind, same faces huh? But I get it now... :-D

 

Wind breakers aren't waterproof  been soaked many a times wearing them 

 

Oh... it looks like that waterproof material like the waterproof suits i was made to wear when I was little in the 90s lol I miss some of the 90s clothes but defiantly not those lol
