I went to the one person that I knew would believe me. My grandfather. I knew he was into strange things. He liked stories about the super natural. He would listen to me, and help me. When I got home, I asked if I could ride my bike to his house. My mom said yes, so I was on my way. While I was on my bike, I encountered another deadly situation. I was hit a pothole in the road, and I went tumbling off my bike. I hit my head on the street, and everything went black. I didn't know what had happened. I couldn't feel anything, except the sharp pain in my arm. When I woke up, I found myself in a hospital bed, with a cast on my arm, and bandages on my head. My mom walked in, and I asked her how long I had been unconsious. "Two days," she said. I couldn't believe it. I has almost just died again. That wouldn't have done me any good. I knew that I would have to be more carefull, if I wanted to stay alive.
I was feeling dizzy, so I feel back asleep. While I was asleep, I had the strangest dream. I was on my bike again, and my arm was not broken. As I was riding, I realized that I had no idea where I was going. I has no controll over the bike. Then I figured out that I wasn't going anywhere. I was moving, but everything around me stayed the same. That mad me realize, that my life was not going anywhere either. All my accomplishments, my successes, everything important that I have ever done, didn't matter. None of it mattered, because I knew that i would just get more. I would die, and then be born again. It never changed. I was jerked awake by a woman around the age of 50, that I didn't recognize. She told me that I had been shaking violently, and she thought it would be best if she woke me. I thanked he, and asked her for her name. "No problem, my name's Macy" My heart practically stopped. It was her.
I wanted to give a huge hug, and tell her it was me. I wanted to, but I couldn't she didn't believe me last tim, and it would just freak her out. With regret I let her go. After she left, I said out loud, I missed you. I knew that Macy had always wanted to be a nurse. It was her dream. I was happy that she was successful, but I couldn't help being sad. She was my first real best friend, and I needed her to know who I was. I decided that the next time I saw her alone, I would tell her. I didn't care if she thought that I was insane, she was my best friend, and I had to get this off my chest.
ok, if you guys have any ideas for my story, tell me, and I will try to use them. I want all of you to be a part of my story too!
After about an hour or so, Macy came back into my room. I asked my mom if she could leave for a couple minutes. She looked suspicious, but she left anyway. Macy turned to me, to ask if there was anything I needed. I said the only thing that I needed, was to talk to her. I told her that she might want to sit down, and I asked her not to freak out. "hello Macy, it's Gretchen," I said. "No," she said, "your name is Katie." I told her that Katie's my name right now, and 14 years ago, my name was Jane. I also told her that 31 years before that, I was Gretchen. "I know you probably don't believe me, you didn't back when we were 7 either." I told her. I explained that we were best friends, and I needed her to know who I was, whether she believed me or not. After I was done talking, she looked sick. Her face was pale white, and she said she was feeling dizzy. She appologized for her reaction, and ran out of the room. I knew that I shouldn't have told her. It was too much for her to handle.
IT'S GREAT!!!!!!!!! I love how unusual the story is I've never even seen this theme before and I like how you made her past lives interact
My mom walked back into the room and she asked me what had happened. "I can't tell you," I said. "You wont believe me." She told me I could tell her anything, (witch I knew was a lie) and that she was only trying to help (again, a lie). I said that I would tell her, as long as she promised to believe me, and back me up. I decided to start from the begining.
After I explained to her EVERYTHING, she didn't seem freaked out at all. She actually looked...happy. I was confused, and kind of worried. She looked me in the eyes, smiled, and said "I believe
