This is a issue we caused But drops is not our end and I think that we're issue lies. Not Lbh but the big drops
the highest hitters should get more drops and the rare items and those who hit few should get less or none. I mean 3 hits from lbh? wtf
It's awkward to see Zach hating LBHs and bashing them out. Well in fact, it is him and two other people I won't name that started this movement during the Halloween Hunt.
LBH is optional. LBH'ing is the way of finishing it fast LBH I support. It depends on the club administrators to lock their clubs down in LBH, make it optional. People who administer their club also wants LBH people so they can finish fast and move on next party. If people wouldn't want people to LBH then lock them clubs up.
A couple variable you could use are overall hits, and overall length of the party compared to the time the person was active in the party if that is something that can be tracked. Have a cap, but weight it heavily towards those with the most hits/energy used (as some bars take more energy than others)
Some clubs depend upon the efforts of LBH to complete their hunt parties. Suggestion: 50% Item drop penalty for hits only on last bar. Furthermore, Recommend: 50% item drop penalty for speed completion parties. All of this says you can't trust us and in truth, we've proven to be unworthy of your trust.
LBH is apart of the way things work in PIMD. We have pwars, which is an unfair advantage to the club hitting the cows. If clubs have a problem with lbh, they can simply lock their doors and go on with their club to prevent lbh hitters from coming into their club. If you get rid of lbh, you might as well get rid of mercs. What if a club has 15 minutes and are on their last bar? Looks like they wont complete the party because they can't ask for other players to help on campus. If you get rid of lbh, you might as well get rid of other players coming into a club on the second bar, or half way through the first. It's unfair to the players who have worked hard to let in other players after a portion of a party is completed. In summery, don't get rid of lbh because you would have to make other changes as well.
Honestly, just adjust the drops accordingly to the amount of actions that a person does. So if there are still people who wishes to merc around for LBH, they can buy dn's/unload to gain the same amount of drops as the people who has been active throughout the whole party. If you don't like LBH, suck it up. Lock your doors at last bar and stop complaining about it. I personally think that LBH gives people who doesn't have enough money to continually buy cats a fair opportunity to reach top 200 in hunts. And besides, some clubs actually NEED the help on last bar, therefore if doors are automatically disabled during the last bar (as some has suggested), smaller clubs will fail parties a lot easier. Just my opinion
