To whoever suggested putting wax in the chocolate, that's not really good for real chocolate. That might work with crappy grocery store chocolate where all the cocoa butter has been replaced with oil, but not for couverture. In order to melt it without burning, you'd need to use a double-boiler (which can backfire if you get water in your chocolate) or just microwave it for 30 seconds at a time or so on half power. Does cocoa powder count as chocolate? That would be a much easier way to incorporate chocolate flavor into a savory dish. My vote is for squid, though!
