@chewbacca yeah it's like that because in the old testament he was trying to make the world how he wanted it and keep people from sin but he sent Jesus to die for our sins to be washed away so in the new he has already done what was needed for the world
And your third point, which I think is your second point (or I missed your second point), again, depends on your personal belief as to... I forgot. Damn.
Yes, but in Revelations it's just Lucipher/Anti-Christ saying "I R BETTAR THEN U GAWD!!" and trying to take over the world, so God calls in a harrier strike.
Like I said, Jesus wasn't born in spring. Traditional Christmas was done to celebrate the winter equinox, an old pagan celebration. The church tried to make more converts and said that Dec. 25 was the birth of Jesus. If you bothered to read the bible, you'd see several flaws with Jesus being born in winter. Animals don't give birth during Jerusalem winters, too damn cold and their offspring will die. Jesus would have had to been born during the springtime.
The new testament is the new testament of whatever or other, disciples and some other people. If you don't like it, go Jewish.
People have many different gods. Who's to say that one god is the Almighty, when they all have a few of the same general concepts of life?
I wish, but the whole... Um... "Commitment" thing... Yeah, no. But it makes no sense in celebrating the birth of the Messiah on a day that isn't his birthday. And the whole Jesus-Horus thing, here's a link to help you: http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/jksadegh ... an_God.pdf
