Can you please extend the promo for the dorms ? my alt can't upgrade since pimd in my iPad doesn't want to open and all it does is load. I tried to uninstall and now it doesn't wanna install anymore

This may be an issue from Apple Inc.  teehee, I work in a company, Product Management Team - Mobile, several customers complaining different issues and all boils into one common factor, they are using ios8. so i think, you should coordinate with Apple.
