I used to have so many problems with it (my whole immediate family has problems with it) but as soon as I went to college and started training for cross country/track
... it got better, granted it took almost my whole freshman year. So in my case, exercise worked but I mean, it was very extreme exercise. Anyways, I still have problems waking up almost every hour but I'd rather do that than not sleep at all! I hope you figure it all out soon! that stuff really affects your whole body! long paragraph, out (idk why sometimes my whole post doesn't send!)
Anxiety! Try getting treatment for just that. Have tried it all and done it all. I am Thankful for the little sleep I do get. You will crash soon! Please post when you do sleep.

My sleeping habits changed 6 years ago. Now it's better cause i go to bed really early. After 4-5 hours i can fall asleep.
Have you seen a doctor for it? Maybe there's an underlying cause or something? That sounds like no fun at all. ): I hope you can get some sleep soon!
Yeah with playing most stupid things or texting. I saw a doctor and he gave me pills. Well i dont feel like im sleeping when i took them.
