Important things in TOU

  1. That’s because no one reported you ?

  2. Only nerds follow corny rules haha

  3. How?

  4. Her RS is a mod.

  5. That's why

  6. It's not hard to not get silenced.
    This account has never been.

  7. Yes. It. Is. Don't make me clap my hands between every word like them ghetto black girls do when they cuss me out cause I ask how many horses had fo suffer for them to get all that weave in their heads

  8. ^ it isn't hard.
You can reach a stage where it just doesn't happen. Like woth me. I used to brag that I'd been silenced over 10 times, but now I haven't been silenced in over a year.

  9. it really isn’t that hard to not get silenced lol. Yea I know I’m a mod but most people get silenced because they make very obvious mistakes. Let’s face it, all you need is a little common sense. Would be asking for underagè players to send you indecent items be ok irl? Is harassing someone ok? Is degrading others because of personal belief a good thing to do? No. So it baffles me that people think it’s ok on pimd. Many silences can be prevented and it’s not like you can “accidentally” post that you’re selling your account in wc. There are a few cases where you might not have known you said/did something wrong, but if you just thought a tiiiiiny bit about what you were about to say/do you probably wouldn’t have broken any rules. Plus, you can always ask a mod if you’re unsure about something.

  10. I'm glad that a mod responded. I still want you mod crate item btw, but my plug wanted an arm and a leg for it. Ahem, anyways...

Is having "Valentine Nu des?" in a status as in the Victoria Secret lingerie collection, against ToU? Or is posting for something essential for my showcase 1 time really considered "group spam" if the other people in campus were looking for inappropriate pictures from minors or rp or to touch each other's pixels? I think that certain silences should be reviewed and conversations should be discussed between ATA towards a mod when they wrongfully silence someone instead of an automated message reading something similar to this: " Please take note that you can be silenced for anything we deem as inappropriate."

  11. You can always send a help ticket and rebut it. I’ve done that a couple of times and got my silence revoked??‍♀️ just be professional about it

  12. I'm not professional, I'm wild

  13. Ata does reach out to us if they believe we’ve silenced someone wrongfully or by mistake. Most of the time, if a mod makes a mistake, the silence will be reviewed and lifted. Also, your comparison between group spam and asking for minors doesn’t make much sense to me. They are both offences but one is on a completely different level. Underage solicitation is a ban-able offence and illegal. Group spam is not. You also mentioned “touching each others pixels.” Please remember that rp itself doesn’t violate TOU. For example, asking for rp on it’s own (“Hey add me to rp”) is ok. But if you’re asking to rp with minors inceśt rp etc then you’re breaking a few rules and could possibly get banned. I hope that clarified a few things for you and I’m happy you like my mod item:)!!

  14. Ok, but I was literally asking for an item on the game and got silenced for "group spam," but everyone else was asking for minors and rp. How is asking for an item on the game a part of that as group spam? I sent a ticket and got an automated response. I didn't understand it and many other have posted evidence of wrongful silences as well. Like yeah, many times I do deserve to be silenced, but others, not so much.

And seriously, why is your item being sold for so much? I offered 35 bentos for it and someone wanted 85ish for it

  15. Yes. Asking for Valentines nūdes is against the posting rules, Jaco.

Spam is spam. If spam is against the ToU, and you spam, you're breaking the ToU. No need to point the finger at worse offences. Each and every offence is dealt with to the best of a.t.a's "abilities".

Asking for rp isn't silenceable unless done in campus chat.

Asking to contact minors is. In stead of crying about them not getting silenced, identify it properly. Mods can't see EVERYTHING, but you can tell a.t.a in a ticket the person's ign, the issue with their post, and the time and location of the post. Then they'll handle it.

You can't point the finger at others to rid yourself of guilt. This isn't second grade.

  16. You're an idiot and a virgin I see... VALENTINE NU DES ARE A FU CKING VICTORIA SECRET LINGERIE COLLECTION THAT'S RELEASED ANNUALLY AROUND VALENTINE'S DAY EVERY YEAR. WHY WOULD I ASK FOR WOMEN'S LINGERIE? I SEE YOU DIDN'T THINK, YOU JUST TYPED OUT YOUR ASS.

Secondly, again. I didn't spam. My post was different from literally everyone's post. Their posts had NOTHING to do with mine. I do believe asking for "in cest rp," or asking for rp with little girls is breaking the rules... so yes, mods ignored them and silenced me for looking for an in game virtual item, BUT ME BEING ME, I STILL GOT THE ITEM!

You can't twist someone's words and type out your ass. I'm not those incompetent forumers you victimize with your nonsensical arguements. I gave credit where credit is due.

  17. Jaco pushing out paragraphs again

  18. Yes. English is the easiest language.

  19. No, math is

  20. ^ yah. Math is easier than English.

Give credit to how asking for Valentines Nùdes and not expecting to be silenced, is stupid.

Have you dug a hole by backing it up? Do you have your reputation on the line, so you're fighting this stupid and worn out defence. I thought you learnt how to use double entendres properly to avoid being silenced.

You're meant to say something better/FORMALLY known as INNOCENT ~ that may INFORMALLY/colloquially be seen SEXUALLY.

NOT something very WELL KNOWNS AS SEXUAL that may also be seen COLLOQUIALLY as INNOCENT.

The distinction was clearly lost to you which was funny at first but you're a year older now.
