Reporting other players is not going to help your chances of becoming a moderator. Making a forum post here isn't going to help either and it probably made it harder for you given that you are trying to become the first moderator to be on a second grade spelling level.

Whoa. What does spelling and grammar have to do with anything? I mean, yes, let's not be ignorant. But it's all in fun! Let's not get judge cuz I or others don't feel like spelling out you or whatever. For goodness sakes, must of us r teens. Txt lingo is a part of us. Just don't use it in professional settings.

I don't know but I've never seen mods with typos or grammar errors before 
