Well if no ones wanna declare, why not someone open a club each n see who declares and accept  gonna be a match one or go all out n get messy

Will match as per activate, not jumping in just to beat the crap out of people

 

Rules are simple:
1) only activate upon both sides agreement on match stats range: a) LCBC b) 800kcs above c) 400-799kcs d) minimun of 200-399kcs
2) both sides agrees to kick if a player is found to activate upon non agreement
3) a player is not allowed to rejoin war once he leaves though both sides may agree to let player rejoin if i) kick/leaves cos no stats matched
4) simply no drama
5) lets all have fun

 

6) incase of waiting too long for matched stats we can set to activate within per hr. will go thru rules with aeye13
