I would not tell anyone except my husband. Id donate to my favorite charities and pay off our debts. Id build the perfect house. I would annonimously pay off my in laws debt, and pay for a second honeymoon for my parents. Id send some to our siblings, and invest the rest. I would still work, and probably my husband too. Unfortunately, most who win the lotto end up bankrupt a few years later. Id make sure we spend only a few million and have a rainy day fund.

First thing I would do is hire a team of personal assistants, including a nanny, housekeeper, groundskeeper, cheif, masseuse, and admin assistant. Then I'd take a long relaxing, luxiourious vacation (maybe a world cruise) with my husband (Mr_Imagine). I would invite my family to cruise with us on part of our vacation. After my vacation, I would quit my job and start my own Wealth Management CPA & Law firm, where we would focus on tax planning and asset protection strategies for individuals and family estates. Keeping in mind, that in the US, the IRS will take over half of your winings in taxes (other countries take even more), so I would have my firm help me create my financial plan to help me manage my remaining money through charitable and grantor trusts and various entities.
To be honest, I would donate one million to a charity my Dad used to volunteer for. It's a Hospice for children. I would also buy a decent sized house, with a couple of normal-priced cars.
I'd pay off my school, what I've already racked up and all the future debt I will accrue (schools too expensive in the US, stupid expensive education) and the rest of the house, as well as set up college funds for the children I have yet to have, and then pay for the fertility treatments that my husband and I need to have children. I'd probably finally learn how to drive, and get myself a reasonable car and probably a newer car for my husband definitely, and I'd give some to help my siblings, some in a trust fund so they won't have to worry too much when they're older as well as set up decent college funds for them. I'd help out my in-laws as well. If my parents turn their act around, give them a little too. Then I'd donate to Susan B Koman and the Jimmy Fund and other cancer charities, as well as a few others.
I would donate to trisomy3 research put my children through school buy my parents a house for a thanks for taking care of me when I was younger and than make sure my two girls and I live comfortably.
I'd probably spend some on a New car Spend some on myself like clothing and shoes and you know all that nice stuff a lot of us want and probably be supporting my family helping my mom out with my brother helping out my pops and yeah probably just save the rest for when I head to college

With that big of cash. I'd change the world. Going around a setting and building improvements to run down areas. Open up a manufacturing plant and try and give more jobs to everyone. Build a homeless shelter in as many places as I could. Help out those who have helped me in the past. And live comfortably. Yah know. Normal stuff.
