Okay. Second update. This one may nor flow as well as the other one but I didn't proof either one and I had fun writing this one. Yes, really.  I find it lovely. I have so much fun with Zephy's character. 

"Z!" Jake called from safety of the shadows of the house. "Zephy! What the heck are you doing?!"

Ignoring him, she continued until she stood beside Christi. She stopped for a bit, glanced down, and studied her. Christi's mother was kneeling beside her, frantically shaking her daughter and screaming.

"Christi WAKE UP!!! WHY won't she WAKE UP?!?!" She constantly screamed the same thing over and over again, then began crying. "WHY? Wh-hh-hy?! What will the neighbors think? They'll think she was suicidal! They'll kick us out! Oh, Christi, WAKE UP!!"

She was the most annoying, self freaking centered person Zephy had ever had the unfortunate chance or meeting. She needed. To shut. Up.

With that thought firmly in mind, Z marched into the house and turned right, walking into the kitchen she had seen before. She looked around, quickly, finding two large buckets conveniently located in a corner. Grabbing the buckets, she ambled over to the sink, plopped the buckets unceremoniously into both sides of the sink, and flipped on the cold tap. She listened to the frantic screams of the mother and got more annoyed as the time passed. She really did need to shut up. Absentmindedly turning the tap to fill the other bucket, it never crossed her mind how she didn't have to concentrate anymore to touch things; how easily she had lifted the buckets and turned on the tap. She turned off the water and hoisted the buckets out of the sink, then strolled through the door, a full bucket in each hand. She walked causally over to where Christi and her mother were. Her mother didn't notice and kept screaming and crying, focusing on Christi's face. Christi never moved, never moved a tic. By then, Zephy was pissed. The woman was so unconcerned about her daughter. She constantly cried about what her neighbors would think of her daughter trying to kill herself by jumping out of her window. She had no idea what the hell she was talking about. And Zephy had heard enough. She sat down one bucket at her feet and hefted the other one to her side, preparing to throw the eater on the oblivious mother. Tilting it, she brought her arms back with the bucket in it and--

"What am I going to do?! I'm going to lose my house, my friends, my car, my husband is going to divorce me, all the neighbors..." Christi's mom continued, bemoaning about how terrible her life was going to be now that her daughter was dead.

Zephy had been pissed--the woman was hella annoying--but that was the owing on the cake. Fuck the water, she thought. Z pulled the bucket back and threw it at Christi's mom, water and bucket. It struck her in the middle of her godawful face with a satisfying, resounding thud, and bounced off, the water spilling out of the bucket and landing all over her obviously designer clothing. The speed and force of the bucket knocked her onto her back, and she finally noticed Zephy standing in front of her. She screamed again.

"Bitch, shut the fuck up. Nobody gives a fuck about your 'impending divorce'. Your daughter and even dead, dumb-ass. So shut. The fuck. Up. You got that ho? I ain't trippin with you, I will beat your ass from here to yo mommas grave, and you know damn well her grave don't wanna see yo fucking ugly ass face. So shut the fuck up."

Christi's mom still laid down, looking up at Zephy in fear and apprehension. He nodded her head, but appeared shocked. Z was okay with that. She'd shut up.

Reaching down, she picked up the other bucket and threw the water onto Christi. She immediately sat up, spluttering, and looked in the direction the water came from. She saw Zephy and immediately stopper moving.

"You get yo momma in check here," Z told her with her hand on her cocked hip. "Don't nobody wanna hear her self centered, egotistical ass goin on bout her issues. Okay?" She paused, waiting, until Christi finally nodded her head. "Good. Now y'all have a good night."

With an angry twitch of her hips, she turned away--and saw neighbors standing, staring at her in wonder and alarm. "Well? What the hell are y'all lookin at? You got a life. Don't spend it staring at something you can't see," she told them. "Go on!" She pushed through them, dismissing them after she passed through them. She kept walking, grabbing Jake's hand as she walked by him and dragging him with her. They had walked for blocks as she blew off some steam until she realized that all of those people had been looking not through her, but directly at her. ...Shit.
