I can't open my teapots or sate night box despite having PIMKEYS....

  1. Why could this be?

    The PIMkey option is greyed out and it seems like there's nothing in the boxes. I can't pay for my Lite teapot either, even though I definitely have enough money

  2. Try restarting your app or clearing your cache.

    If the problem persists I would send in a help ticket via support.

  3. Did you check to see if you actually have PIMD keys?

  4. If you search their showcase, you can see they have 10 PIM keys.
