So.... Shouldn't op put a claus in her statement.... Maybe a footnote stating that the forever statement could be null in void if the "farmee" reset... Or stating that if a device were lost, stolen, or damaged, the farming would commence post-restoration of said device. And then you throw in the whole possibility of a ban.... Man, op, if I were you I would refrain from using the word forever and maybe use a more simpler term... Otherwise you get into a huge debate on the possibility of an actual forever farming.
