(I was putting the idea up so that the game-makers could release more powerful things against the tributes and that the competition would last longer)

(well, truthfully and in my opinion, I think shields are a great idea but they may make the audience bored with seeing no one is being killed)

( I might add wooden shields were used in gladiatorial combat -sigh- but no one will listen)
