((Okay, yes you can. But he can't have the elder wand and he can't be the first person to ever conjure an immortality spell because that position was taken by Nicolas Flamell. He can't be a master wizard if he is still a student at Hogwarts and if he is only 17. He can't be the second chosen one because that is literally impossible. He can't have a fixed or recreated elder wand because it is impossible to fix or recreate a wand. Plus it would be too overpowered to have a wand of that power.

Also you will need to provide a description of his looks and personality. They can't be the same as his fathers but they can be similar.))
