how normal is depression?

  7. depressed people don't feel like doing anything. they can't get out of bed. they don't feel like doing anything. if your picking up a phone to tell us you have depression 3-4 times a week, chances are you're sad not depressed. depression makes u feel like the worse piece of shit in the world. makes u feel like your'e worthless. makes u tired. make u daydream. keeps you awake. you don't feel like doing the stuff you once did. you on the other hand have the amount of energy to typr this message to us stating you have depression 3-4 times a week....when did depression turn on and off....please check yourself before you state whatever you want to say. but if you seriously do have depression i wouldn't suggest you go on here to ask. you would need to get your stupid ass out of bed and go see a doctor. otherwise just souch in bed 3-4 times a week, and then the other 3-4 days, be happy and smile.
     
  8. If you are actually serious, which I doubt, there are depression tests online that can measure or help give a rough estimation of where you are in regards to depression.
    The results will let you know whether its just you feeling down or if you need to seek medical guidance.

  11. Depression is a very common illness. You are constantly sad, moody, lethargic, and don't feel like doing anything else, even those that you like(games, leisure, etc). You may be eating too much or too little than your usual portion. Nothing makes you happy. And you can check those symptoms online. 

    And if a few of the symptoms persist for about two weeks, I'll recommend you to see a doctor or psychologist. Two weeks of no happiness.
     
  12. Hmmm, maybe u are just moody or something? Cux there are tons of symptoms that leads to depression. Well, anyway, i suggest seeing a psychologist. Maybe it helps... Anyway, feel free to pm me or anything. I know how it feels. If your condition is really depression or other mental illness, i suggest u seek help from doctors immediately.

    Internet tests aren't accurate. Go to a doctor or psychiatrist that can actually professionally help you.
