I'm usually a "healthy" weight for my height/age blah blah blah... But I usually fall on the lower end. I've been under a couple times... also it's just a preference of mine, I would much rather be heavier than I am right now (110lbs) I used to weigh like 130lbs... But it just... Disappeared
I used to have an eating disorder... I was so hungry for so long. Fuçking sucked, looking back. I'm 4'11" and I weighed as little as 70lbs at one point. Two years later though and I'm 90lbs! Still a tad underweight but much better ?
I mean... It seems nice on the outside... But constantly having doctors on my ass about my weight gets frustrating... It's hard work maintaining a "good" weight and BMI in general... Whether its being "too heavy" or "too light" What was I saying... Right It all depends on perspective... Some people would love to just be able to drop weight at an instant... While others are constantly working in diet plans to help themselves gain weight... (Sorry for the long unnecessary rant)
I’m so glad you’re doing better! I used to have an ED as well, it still flares up sometimes. Hence why I’m 5’1 and 89.3 lbs heyo
Ofc, when it comes to real life, there's always an avg. recommended weight depending on your height and age. Being under and over can cause alot of problems, both physically and socially. So I understand that completely.
