When humans used to live in the wild they used to mate with the most healthy looking human of the opposite sex. If they could match there level of physical appeal that is

Cuz a lot of these 'perfect guys' like OP described exist but they dont have a single shot cuz they're not 'attractive' enough for the girls' likes.

 

Looks are the first thing you see, and therefore, judge them by.
