  1. How can a national day (a region / country) be represented in PIMD?

I come across people requesting to have their region / countries / locations represented during national day.

honestly, I’ll be open and curious to see what it could look like without have 18 days or 21 days of it. Or does it have to be a 24hours window of opportunity? And most likely be a paywall format 🥴

Without sounding mix-match or under represented? And to like avoid stereotypes and cliche objects or clothe / color palette and still see it iconic.

There’s indeed online (internet) that can provide information. I agreed. Sometimes , it’s part of an era or just something we learn as overseas person with what’s available information and less local knowledge that is translated.

I am open with the thread to open the discussion and let people share detail of it.

  2. I don't think it would be complex as we've had such things before and just need them to happen more often. Greek hunt, Trinidad and Tobago hunt, 5ec Día de Los Muertos avis, etc. Definitely need a Día de Los Muertos hunt though. One week or two week for any national/cultural hunt ofc to show basic care and attention. Cultural/identity things shouldn't be locked behind a paywall bc that's rare representation opportunity. With Pride avis, at least there are tradeable versions for VIP, but sadly ppl without having earned 5 avi coins are stuck unless they buy. Unfair imo.

I know the surveys generally ask what ideas ppl want at the end, but I think having a survey geared towards asking what types of themes(text only before inspo board ones) ppl even want/like to begin with would help. We mostly get surveys about what takes on regular themes to do next occurrence. So the options can be like:

    -cultural tradition
    -religion/spirituality
    -country specific holiday

etc and ppl can pick as many as they want. I believe something to this question setup as been done before, possibly in the game mechanic survey.
