Well I must admit, the ending was a bit short... Super time skipped Oh, well, I suppose it doesn't matter :-/
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The last person on my assignment was Tom. The person I simply couldn't kill. I wandered the school halls careful of my every movement. "LILY!" I froze on the spot. My eyes widened in fear then I remembered lesson number 3... ~Flashback~ Mr M wandered around the room. "Now Lilian, lesson number three is don't get caught out. Always act as though nothing happened. Your cover is covered. The story is you got transferred." I looked up at him. "But transferred to where?" Mr M smiled and chuckled. "I don't know make it up! It's your cover story and you will always need one!" I nodded taking mental notes in my head. "So lesson three, act dumb. Pretty much like you used to act Lilian." I frowned at this I was a lot of things but dumb was not one of them. "I'm not dumb." Mr M shook his head in disagreement. "Not anymore your not." ~Present~ I looked at Tom and Smiled, I had his file memorized so I knew his name still. "Hi Tom." "Lily!!!" He hugged me tightly, the sudden hug made me tense. He let go sensing something was wrong. "What is it?" I shook my head and mumbled, "Nothing." I wanted to say I've been assigned to kill you but that would just be too much to say when he was so happy. I couldn't destroy all his happiness. Could I?
Sigh.. She was taken by people who were recruiting people and training them to be assassins. She got assigned to kill all of her friends and Tom. Bear in mind her memory was wiped clean until she saw Toms picture in his file.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I could have broke down and told him there and then what was going on. I just didn't my head wasn't on my shoulders that day. Tom took my hand and led me to a private corner. He kissed up my neck and to my lips. "God I missed you so much Lils!" I faked a smile, "I missed you too Tom." This wounded me, having to pretend not to care then having to pretend I do. It was two faced. He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me softly. I could have melted in his arms, I didn't. I stayed firm and tense. That was a very wrong thing to do. He pulled away and looked at me curiously. "Lils what's wrong?" I shook my head refusing to say a word as I might start to cry. I looked at him at smiled faintly. He smiled, and dazzled me. "Um... Tom, can you meet me in the woods at eight? Tonight?" Tom smiled, "Of course." He kissed me cheek and walked to his lesson casting a glance at me. He blew me a kiss and walked into his lesson. I leaned against the wall slowly breaking inside. I loved him. If he dies. I do too.
