Even though I don't like my tutors getting hired, this is a free market. And must remain this way for a fair gameplay.
But we have to admit that this game is built on a "Rich gets richer, poor gets poorer" setting, just like in real life. Which is good, as it emulates reality. Example would be an LCBC can earn much faster and can grab any tutors on the market much easier than a person half their stats or lower. They need to work doubly hard to earn back a tutor that was hired away.
That's true but once your stats go up, they can't really go down unless you are stupid and play the game the wrong way. It's not about the rich getting richer or the poor getting poorer. It's like how most people get their first jobs.. It's who you know and how well you know them.
Hence this is a social networking platform. The more people one knows, more more help and respect one will get. I feel that it's still "Rich gets richer" though. But relationship with others will definitely help. Just like in real life.
Yeah. Maybe it is "rich get richer" Definitely not poor get poorer. Unless you calls strip farming. It's all about those people keepin' the poor men down!
