Cayden's point of view! When we arrived at the restaurant Nicole's eyes were full of wonder and amazement. It was so cute. We sat in a booth by the windows, so Nicole could look at the Denver skyline at nighttime. The waiter came and we ordered our food, Nicole ordered some noodle thing that I can't pronounce, and I ordered a steak. "Thank you, Cade. You really didn't have to do this, you know." She looked away from the window and her eyes met mine, in that moment, everything immodestly felt perfect. It felt like the weight of the world was just lifted off of my shoulders, and I was staring into the eyes of the most beautiful girl on the planet. "Of course I did. You shouldn't expect anything less than the best. You're an amazing girl and you need to be treated like one." I smiled and so did she, my gaze was still fixed on her, her smile warmed me. It was comforting. Like a mothers touch to a new born child. "I love you, Cayden." she enlaced our fingers and began drawing random shapes with her thumb on the top of my hand. "I love you too, Nicole." I leaned over and kissed her soft rosie lips.
A man who treats his woman like a princess, proves he was raised in the arms of a queen. Nicole's point of view! OhMyGosh. Cayden is so sweet. He really didn't have to take me here. This place probably costs more than the outfit I'm wearing! Not that it's much to Cayden. "Cade, why did you do this?" I asked, looking into his bright, big, capturing, green eyes. "Because Nicole, your my world. You've been something special to me since the day I met you. You bring out a side of me that I didn't know existed, but I guess that's what this crazy thing called love does to a person." He gave me that crooked smile that I adored. It sent me into orbit every time. My heart melts just at hearing my name come out of his mouth. "Thank you, Cayden." He gave me a confused look so I continued. "Thank you for making me who I am. With you, I feel like I can be me. Not who anyone wants me to be, because you want me to be myself. And the things you do for me, you go above and beyond." I smiled, I felt tears beginning to form in my eyes. We were still holding hands and the waiter came back and handed us the check. I tried to grab it bud Cayden was faster. Surprisingly, his jaw didn't drop when he saw how much it was. I didn't even see it but I can guessing there was a comma. He pulled out his wallet and set cash in the folder then put it back on the table. Cayden and I were staring at each other in the eyes, we were having a kind of silent conversation. He could probably tell what I was thinking just by looking at me. I'm an open book, and I know it. A high pitched giggle broke the bond, I looked and saw a girl standing before us. "Cayden?" she looked at him and grinned.
