Help me with depression

  3. If someone makes u depressed, don't let them. You can make urself happy don't let others have control over that cuz you shud be the one to decide what makes u happy don't let others get to u

    I worked through my depression and one thing that helped me was the kindness of a stranger who couldn't judge me.

  9. Well.. here's my advice and wise words to you.. I have Major Depression, I don't know if yours is that deep but all people tell you is to go out and do things, yes, it help,s but me, personally, I couldn't do it, I couldn't go out, I lost interest in things I used to love to do.. I grew up with a mom like yours, telling you things to put you down, ignore it hun and just know, people do care, I don't know you but I care because I know how it feels, it's hell. Here's one last thing to you, yes, all these other people that care about you can help you try to get out of depression but it won't work unless you set your mind to it and make it work. What I mean is, you won't escape unless you make effort into trying to escape. I escaped it and I hope you do too, ever need anyone, I'm here 
     
  10. Girl, I'm going through the same thing right now! One minute I'll be having fun with my friends and being happy, and the next I'll look in a mirror and think, "You're so ugly. Nobody likes you." Sometimes I get so sad I just get in my bed and cry. But you know what? I know it's just in my head, and there are people in the world that love me, like my family and friends. Don't worry, you'll get over it just like I did! Think about the positives, not the negatives.
