Webb, I don't know what sect of Christianity you belong to but that isn't true.

The Bible says that the wages of sin is death in hell. Jesus came to die on the cross and during that time God punished Jesus for the sins of humans.

It isn't good works or a "hmm, let's see. Has he done more bad or more good?"

To save oneself from heaven you must confess to God that you are a sinner. You must repent, or apologize, for the sins you have committed. And you must believe that Jesus Christ has paid the sin debt you owe and full-heartedly believe in it.

Yes, you are correct. Confessing to the Lord is the only way into heaven. But on the day of judgement, we believe you have the chance to confess. If you truly believe.

I apologize, I did word the whole 'Good over Bad' thing wrong.

And I'm not too sure if some religions still believe in Purgatory, I found that out the other day. Christians don't, do Catholics?

There is no limit to Gods forgiveness.

You must truly believe that God sent Jesus to die for us. That's why god sent Jesus, to give us a way to heaven.

Jesus has died on the cross because of this we are all of us forgiven even if we don't believe in God, hell can't exist, that would mean that our creator would like to see us suffering!

Esaia- Jesus died on the cross for all sins. In order to be forgiven, we have to live for Jesus and believe he paid our sin debt. The punishment for bot believing is Hell. Don't think God won't punish us. If we don't accept what Jesus did it is considered to be the only sin God can't forgive, thus earning is Hell.
